With the further improvement of social development and science and technology,the pace of urbanization in China will accelerate.Under the premise of limited urban land resources,the number of high-rise and super high-rise buildings will gradually increase,and the corresponding construction will be more difficult.The traditional scaffold is gradually eliminated by the market due to height limitation and other reasons.In recent years,the attached lifting scaffold has been widely used in construction in major cities because of its strong applicability,low construction cost and high safety factor.Because of its actual construction process often exist more complex construction,and the relevant design knowledge is relatively lagging behind,in the actual construction is still in the form of experience in the design and implementation,so the use of attached lifting scaffolding safety accidents often occur.In this thesis,the research methods of test and finite element simulation are used to study the stress characteristics,overall stability and local key components of each component under different working conditions in the project.This thesis concludes as follows :(1)Field test of attached lifting scaffold.The structural stress values of the frame structure are within the range of strength design under the load combination required by the design specifications of the two working conditions of use and lifting,and the stress of each component and the overall displacement of the frame are proportional to the load,which can ensure the normal operation of the frame in the project.During the operation of the frame,the position component of the frame and the measuring component of the frame are the key stress components,which can be properly strengthened to provide some reference for the structural design of the frame.(2)Static finite element analysis of attached lifting scaffold.By comparing the experimental results with the finite element simulation results,the accuracy of the model constructed in this thesis is proved.Under the action of wind load participating in load combination,it has a great adverse effect on the whole frame,and it is more obvious under the lifting condition.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety and reliability of the frame,the influence of wind load should be fully considered in the design and construction of this kind of frame,and the size of wind load should be strictly monitored.If necessary,the frame can be knotted,and the lifting operation is strictly prohibited when the wind load is too large.Different installation methods of horizontal truss in the frame have a certain influence on the frame structure.When the horizontal truss is installed inside the first and second steps of the frame,the safety of the frame structure is improved to a certain extent.When the horizontal truss is installed outside the first and second steps of the frame,it does not meet the relevant requirements.(3)Stability analysis of attached lifting scaffold.Compared with nonlinear buckling analysis,the buckling eigenvalue obtained by linear buckling analysis is less conservative and more obvious under lifting condition.After considering the initial defects of the structure,the overall stability of the structure is weakened to a certain extent,which has a great adverse effect on the structure.Therefore,in the stability analysis of this kind of frame,the nonlinear method of the initial defects of the structure should be fully considered for the stability design and calculation,and the results are more realistic.(4)Analysis and optimization of local components of attached lifting scaffold.The finite element simulation analysis of the wall-attached support and the aisle plate of the frame is carried out.The simulation results show that the wall-attached support meets the corresponding requirements of the standard design and can ensure the safety of the frame.When the new process is used to manufacture the aisle plate,the strength and stiffness of the component are improved,and the steel consumption and welding workload are reduced,which provides a reference for the optimal design of the aisle plate.
