| The construction industry is one of my country’s pillar industries and has a huge boost to my country’s economic growth.In order to promote the sustainable development of the industry,the occupational health and personal safety of workers in the construction process of construction projects and the impact of project development on the environment are becoming more and more important to people.In this context,the HSE management model that integrates Health,Safety,and Environment has been favored by the construction industry.In order to improve the level of project HSE management,it is of great practical significance to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the implementation of construction HSE management of construction projects.This article first understands the current situation of HSE management in the field of construction engineering in my country through the form of HSE questionnaire,and analyzes the widespread problems of HSE management in construction engineering in my country.Then,a statistical analysis of some construction accidents that have occurred in recent years,and a summary of the main reasons for the accidents.On this basis,by consulting relevant documents,norms and standards,combining with on-site investigations and consulting experts,the HSE evaluation index system for construction projects has been established.Secondly,the C-OWA operator weighting method and the triangular fuzzy number analytic hierarchy process are used to combine the weighting of the indicators.At the same time,based on the matching of the gray clustering method,a gray clustering evaluation model based on the triangular whitening weight function of the center point is established.Evaluate the HSE management status of construction projects.Finally,Case verification combined with a construction project,and the evaluation results were analyzed,and specific rectification measures and long-term mechanism measures were formulated.This paper selects a typical project for example verification.The HSE evaluation result of this project is "good",and the problems in health management are the primary unsafe influencing factors,which are consistent with the actual situation of the current project.The research results show that the construction engineering HSE evaluation model established in this paper has certain validity and applicability,which can provide a reference for the decision-making of construction engineering project HSE management. |
