Research On Environment Design Of High-rise Living Space In Jinan

With the rapid development of China’s urbanization development, contradictions of city residents per capita land shortage have become increasingly prominent, the pursuit of new ways of living has become the route one must take on China’s city development. High-rise residential district with high plot ratio, is the main way to solve the problem of city land, in recent years in China each metropolis has achieved great-leap-forward development, accounted for the proportion of total city construction is also more and more big. However, due to the construction of the lack of management experience, ecological design of residential space environment has not attracted enough attention, resulting in the original ecological balance is broken, the problem with people living environment. Ji’nan city high-rise residential spatial environment is more than the same problem.In recent years, with the rapid economic development of Ji’nan City, city residents haveimproved the level of material and cultural life, the good ecological status, a high landscape level residential spatial environment, has become the first choice for people to purchase. On this basis, research based on the current development situation of Ji’nan city high-rise residential district, the investigation and analysis of problems which exist in the space environment, so as to provide ecological design space environment of some reasonable suggestions for Ji’nan high-rise.First of all, analyzing the connotation and space environment design of high-rise residential, points out that the space environment should have the ecological attributes and ecological factors of high-rise residential;Secondly, put forward in line with the ecological principle and method of design of Ji’nan high-rise residential space environment,base on sustainable development, follow the ecological design principles, combined with the method of ecological design, the establishment of Ji’nan high-rise residential index evaluation system of ecological environment space;Finally, taking Ji’nan high-rise residential index for environmental ecological space area evaluation system form as a guiding principle, then to plan and design the space environment of the Ji’nan Sanqing" city owner " high-rise residential area.This research, in order to create a livable regional atmosphere and characteristic residential ecological environment that is harmony between man and nature, so as to provide theoretical reference and technical support for the construction of the space environment of high-rise residential area in Ji’nan, provide some reference model of sustainable development for the city of high-rise residential area.
