Research On Quality Management Of SY Middle School Project In Tianjin Economic Development Zone

Since entering the new century,China's economic and social development with each passing day,has made remarkable achievements,the number of projects and construction projects have doubled.Especially in the near future,the domestic construction industry to achieve a blowout development,all kinds of projects continue to be launched.Meanwhile,the inferior quality of some engineering projects and the corresponding security risks have seriously endangered people's lives,causing the attention of public and the relevant administrational departments.Especially the school buildings appear quality problems,always touch people vulnerable sensitive nerve.Therefore,people are paying more and more attention to the quality of construction projects,academic experts and practitioners are starting to increase research thereupon ever since.Firstly,through the comparison of the status quo at home and abroad,to know the building engineering quality management in China from several years ago began to implement,relevant theories have been relatively mature,quality management system initially established.It is of great importance for us to learn from developed counties' advanced theoretical achievements,and apply to domestic project management execution.The research fruits achieved is beneficial supplement for our construction project management knowledge system,on the other hand for architectural practice provides a theoretical guidance.In this thesis,the use of the existing theoretical results,in a comprehensive analysis of Tianjin City Economic Development Zone SY Middle School building construction project characteristics based on,create the quality management system of the project,summed up the project operation mechanism and related standards,laid the theoretical basis for the development of the subsequent application of practice.By carrying out QC group activities,the use of control diagram,cause and effect diagram and flow chart of project quality control method,aiming at key points of quality control are analyzed,and take the corresponding technology and control measures,effectively ensure the seamless construction of large volume concrete plate.This point of view to the construction project as the research object,and summed up the corresponding standard content,after building project quality management to set an example.
