Research On Quality Management Of Shaanxi Finance Institute Building Construction

With the increased economic growth, the construction industry has been developing rapidly. At the same time, the development of construction industry also drives the progress of social economy, solves the employment, promotes and boosts the related industries and pushes the development of society and the explosion of economy. However, the rapid development of the construction industry causes frequent accidents which result in enormous economic loss and bad effects because of the different levels of management and practitioners and the poor management awareness.Therefore, it seems particularly important to improve the quality of the practitioners in construction industry and strengthen the management level of the construction quality.The main contents of the thesis as follows:firstly, it introduces the concept, the methods and the principles of quality management based on the theory of construction project management.Secondly,it studies and analyzes the developing process of the quality management of our country and the imperfections of quality management in the construction industry. Through the systematic analysis, the article puts forward a set of feasible schemes for quality management and effective measures in connection of the construction project of Teaching Comprehensive Building of Shannxi Technological College of Finance and Economics. The project can offer a certain reference value in quality management operation for other program.Finally, the conclusion from the article is to deal with the project quality schemes and the quality assurance scientifically and properly. The study is suggested to analyze and dispose the project quality control in three sages:pre-product, in-product and ex-product. It is proposed that to make a thorough research of the project quality management and strive to raise the quality awareness and special skills of the participants in order to push forward our country’s construction industry quality benefiting from the relative quality management and control measures.
