The enterprise is facing fierce competition increasingly with the development of global and economic integration.As the basis of automobile industry,automobile components enterprise are important pillar supporting automobile industry healthy development.However the dilemma is that the enterprises are struggling between customers and suppliers: With the introduction of safety legislation in the automobile industry,customers come up with critical quality requirement for their supplier spare parts,but the fluctuation of customer demands is very obviously,which brings instability for products quality.At the same time,the automobile component enterprises often manage many suppliers with different levels of quality management.And most of them are raw materials like steel plant and traditional manufacturing industries,their turnover is often greater than ours,which also makes the management of suppliers more difficult.How to survive and develop in this tough situation?It has become an urgent problem for automobile component enterprises to solve.Quality management is an important part of enterprise operation management,which plays an extremely important role in improving product quality,maintaining brand reputation and shaping core competitiveness.Therefore,automobile component enterprises must improve the quality management mode to overcome these challenges.For this article is based on domestic and foreign advanced quality management as a base and base on TC company as a represented S product to describe,quality problem not only cause customer return,rework,charge back,increasing company cost but also it will impact company reputation and business in future,how to make it better for solve quality problem is a priority and important things.First of all,its study's background and meaning will be introduced for this article,and then talk about domestic and foreign current situation and theory,and quality problem case as a sample to discuss,after that,to study S product how to use with 8D report/fishbone diagram /FMEA/DOE analysis etc.quality tools to analysis S product's dimension out of tolerance and cosmetic issue.Through the collection of the reasons of quality issues,it is pointed out that the quality accidents of S products are mainly caused by staff management /supplier management / operational process and method / management of enterprise four sides.And quality management basic to design S product improvement actions:1)Staff management,to implement quality training and stimulation,one side is to enhance people matrix skill and quality awareness,another side is to retain professional people to develop employee independence,proactive as a clue2)Supplier management,to optimize incoming inspection,logic management,and guild supplier to enhance themselves quality level to reduce unnecessary quality problem.3)Operational process and method,operation and method to optimize current operational process and improve it to make it normalization better in future.4)Management of enterprise,to implement more clear KPI,improving 5S in workshop and doing quality activities,enhance employees participation inside and let this activities is a culture of company s.This article is about S product as a quality case to improve,it is good for TC company improvement better,and enhance company performance and expect to get more positive by quality management discussion here and TC company quality improvement to make domestic automobile becoming better and as a reference if need.
