| Facing the new situation of UHV substation construction,through the related literature search,found that most of the literature is the research data about UHV technology,research on UHV substation project management,especially little research in the aspect of organization.Moreover,there are a lot of problems in the BY substation project organization,which can not be used for reference.The problems existing in the substation project organization of BY company are mainly reflected in the problem that the organization structure is not flexible,and can not reflect the current situation of the complex organizational structure.In the engineering construction,the procedure and responsibility of solving the problem are fuzzy,which leads to the decrease of the operation efficiency of the organization.Faced with the new situation of the construction unit,the project is facing a large number of external communication and coordination problems need to be resolved.No unified departments,have their own goals,have fight the enemy separately.Different stages of the project,the project’s organizational structure is different,need to adjust.The different internal organization structure of different specialties in the organization can be optimized.The division of power and responsibility is not clear.Substation engineering personnel mobility,how to do a good job in the management of new staff is a problem.The management span and level are not dynamically adjusted according to the scale of the project.The problems in the incentive of BY UHV substation project organization.In the face of these problems,BY UHV substation project organization needs to be optimized urgently.This thesis starts from the theory,using the literature search method,grasp the current domestic and foreign research results,related theories of project organization,project management theory,project organization structure theory,the organization and operation mechanism systematically.In order to understand the actual situation of the project organization,to understand the status quo of UHV substation project environment,industry trends,the company,through the investigation and communication,the specific environment faced by BY company,the specific problems encountered in UHV substation project management were summed up,and also provided basis for solving research the problem.To analyze the reasons for the problems existing in project management,the project organization structure,incentive functions,communication optimization project organization put forward the coordination of four aspects,for the goal to develop organization optimization of UHV substation project strategy of project organization for the implementation of specific optimization,find suitable for this project the evaluation of the new organization,the project organization operation effect.Taking WF1000 kV substation as an example,the substation project organization is optimized to make the organizational structure suitable for the existing substation construction projects.Detailed design of the organizational structure of the subtle aspects of organization operation,the organization operation mode more clearly,will be the first time the new organizational structure of holacracy system,applied to the organizational structure of small construction team.The proposed optimization path and method,when facing the new organization,you can learn by analogy to solve,for future construction of UHV substation more useful,but also optimize the microstructure of conventional substation has significance. |
