| Sinohydro Bureau x Co.,Ltd as Sinohydro Corporation’s focus on deployment of online engineering projects.Although has participated in many linear engineering project construction,but the designof the existing organizational structure is unreasonable,the name each project department is not uniform,Personnel allocation unreasonable,Job responsibilities unclear,Division of labor is not clear,which leads to low organization efficiency,low annual output value,and even a large amount of loss in some projects.This article is based on this problem,research on organization optimization of linear engineering project department in Sinohydro Bureau x Co.,Ltd.In this paper,based on the review of the organizational management theory and research status.First,the basic situation of Sinohydro Bureau x Co.,Ltd.And the market environment of linear engineering project are analyzed.Secondly,by means of materials analysis,expert interview method,the paper analyzes the organization structure,post setting and function division of typical linear engineering projects,which are in the early stage,the peak stage and the later stage respectively.Again,it is proposed that the management mode of “small project department and large work area” is not suitable for linear engineering project department,put forward the linear project design department organizational structure is not scientific,the Department set up too much and responsibilities are not clearly defined,the management mode of project department does not match,staffing unreasonable,one person more post,many people one post,busy uneven phenomenon,unfair treatment layer,responsibility is not clear,not clear,division of labor division in charge of the leadership of coincidence.Then,on the basis of the basic principles and specific organization optimization of the guiding ideology,the organization and management optimization model of project department is put forward.the construction of "big project small work area " management model,design the matrix organization structure,the project team and 7 departments,post allocation,clear each post 7 project team,7 departments and departments within the functions of workers.Finally,from the optimization of the organizational structure of talents,strengthen information construction,establish and perfect the incentive mechanism,strengthen the organization leading role of enterprise culture and other aspects,proposes the corresponding measures for management of the project in a linear optimization for Sinohydro Bureau x Co.,Ltd,to ensure the optimization of management organization of the Ministry of the linear engineering projects carried out smoothly,improve project efficiency,increase the per capita annual output value,to achieve the project objectives. |
