Creative Solutions To High-Quality Engineering Project In 220kV Feicui Substation

Substation is an important part of power systems, which plays a key role in regulating voltage amplitude, gathering power and distributing power. With the continuous development of economy and urbanization, social environment has put forward new requirements on the number and capacity of the substation. However, continuous intensification of some prominent contradiction in land acquisition and higher environmental protection requirements restrict the development and construction of the substation, and it is urgently required for the development of a new generation of smart, efficient, reliable, green substation.The domestic and international development status of substation design technology is first introduced, and the basic situation of the 220kV Feicui substation project is also introduced. Some design objectives of substation engineering project is studied in accordance with the requirements and conditions for engineering design guidelines basing on "China Electric Power Quality Project" and "Southern Power Grid 3C green substation". According to scientific and universal theory based PMBOK project management, nine knowledge areas including overall project management, scope management, quality management, risk management, communication management, human resources management, procurement management, time management, cost management and so on is discussed, and application of PMBOK project management theory in 220kV Feicui substation project is studied. A creative design solution to 220kV Feicui substation with high-quality is put forward on the basis of "high-quality" standards for power engineering, and a green design proposal for 220kV Feicui substation is presented on the basis of "green" standards for power engineering. With the prospect of the high quality and green substation engineering project, some suggestions on construction of green substation and high-quality engineering are put forward.
