The accuracy of the calibration test results directly affects the evaluation results of the tested wheelsets,which is the core sensor in the dynamic test of the orbital vehicle.With the rapid development of China's railway,the accuracy of the wheel calibration test put forward higher requirements.The wheel calibration test bench is the detection of the performance of the wheel of the special calibration equipment,its performance directly affects the accuracy of its output characteristics.The main work of this paper is to design the overall structure of the wheel alignment test bench.The design of the combined load saddle,wheel and rail contact point adjustment device and indexing system is studied,and the strength and simulation of the whole structure are carried out.Designed a matching hydraulic loading system.First of all,according to the problems encountered in the relevant literature and calibration test,the design requirements of the test bench are put forward,and the three-dimensional model of the test bed is established by Solidworks 3D software.The design of the movable gantry is completed.The design of the combined load saddle,the lateral limit of the wheel and the vertical limit to provide a better reliability,and the test bench to adapt to different shaft diameter calibration test;and design The calibration test table indexing system is of great significance to improve the accuracy of the contact points at different angles in the calibration process,and improve the continuity of the calibration test and improve the working efficiency.The strength and rigidity of the loading base and the movable loading gantry are checked.The results show that the gantry and the bearing base meet the strength requirements,and the preload and static strength of all bolts meet the requirements.According to the design requirements,the general principle of the wheel alignment test bench is designed.The electro-hydraulic servo control method is adopted,and the high and low voltage conversion circuit is designed at the same time.Low pressure state of the three hydraulic cylinder piston can be faster to move,reducing the system's energy consumption and noise.High pressure state of the system calibration test,high pressure state for the system to improve the high pressure hydraulic oil protection calibration test accuracy and stability.According to the system design requirements and parameters,the main components of the parameters of the calculation of good selection.On this basis,the hydraulic system is modeled and simulated.The HCD library was used to model the vertical loading hydraulic cylinder,and the working state of the vertical hydraulic cylinder was simulated accurately.System simulation is divided into low pressure no load and high pressure loading two states,and were simulated.Low pressure no-load state of the three directions of the hungry hydraulic cylinder can quickly and accurately complete the system given the displacement command signal,and the three directions of the hydraulic cylinder are able to quickly and accurately complete the specified load and joint loading task.By analyzing the moving speed of the vertical loading hydraulic cylinder piston rod,the advantages and necessity of the high ground switch circuit are verified.The above research results provide a complete calibration test system for our future wheel alignment test,which enables more accurate calibration.
