With the fast development of China’s economy, the rapidity and convenience of traffic has become more and more important, which also led the fast development of China’s high-speed rail and metro rail transportation in recent years. With the development of rail transportation and the speed of high-speed rail, the safety of rail vehicles also need constantly improve and research. There are many factors that affecting the safety, and the monitoring and Research on the wheel rail force is a very important part, and the effect of wheel rail force monitoring is the accuracy of instrumented wheelset. The calibration test bench for instrumented wheelset which is the main test equipment directly affect the accuracy of some instrumented wheelset’s indicators measuring.Based on the demand of one cooperation project, this paper design a calibration test bench for measuring wheelset. This paper’s work include involved in the development of the measuring wheelset calibration test bench; Calculated and chose the scheme of some Institutional, Some parts for the calculation and selection; Finite element analysis and check the stiffness and strength with the ANSYS Workbench software; Based on the object of the single valve controlled cylinder, establish the loading mathematical model and moving mathematical model, get the respective control transfer function; According to the specific parameters, respectively design the principle PID controller and fuzzy PID controller, then simulation with the step response; Design a equivalent synchronous control mode with one channel error compensation synchronous, and simulation for the synchronous step response simulation analysis with the synchronous loading mathematical model, Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the controller and the control strategy; Design the control system for the test platform, configurate the parameters of control components, write the test bench’s control program by using TwinCAT software, set the communication variable for link with the UI interface and realized the human-computer interactive control.The result of tests show that:the calibration test bench can accurately reliable complete measuring, and the action of assembly and disassembly is both convenient, and integral structure is reliable, and loading is precision, both of this meet the design requirements. At the same time, through the test about the loading and moving control, it shows that the design of the controller and synchronous control strategy is feasible and practical.
