The performance parameters of the hydraulic valve have a great impact on the operation of the hydraulic system,and check valves,shut-off valves,and speed limit valves are key control elements in the hydraulic system of the forklift,which play a vital role in the safety of the forklift.Therefore,testing the performance parameters of the three valves is of great significance to forklift manufacturers.This paper studies the check valve,shut-off valve and speed limiting valve for forklift trucks,and designs and develops a comprehensive test bench and test system for hydraulic valve performance testing.First of all,a set of three hydraulic testing systems shared by the three is optimized and the test objects are changed by replacing the test valve block.Proportional variable pump and proportional relief valve are used to adjust and control,which avoids the performance test of the shut-off valve by setting up a heavy-duty bench;the relevant hydraulic components are added to ensure the realization of a hydraulic system for specific test requirements to avoid the need to design a separate circuit for a specific experiment.Secondly,by combining shut-off valve and speed-limiting valve products,a mathematical model was established,and simulation model analysis was established based on AMEsim.Through simulation analysis,the feasibility of using a variable pump to perform the cut-off test on the shut-off valve is verified.And the influence of key parameters on the performance characteristics of shut-off valves and speed-limiting valves is obtained by the simulation model.Finally,the hydraulic valve performance testing software is written based on LabVIEW.The acquisition card is used as the middle end of signal connection for signal output control and data acquisition and processing;the introduction of a modular and hierarchical design method to build software functional modules reduces interference between functional modules,shortens the development cycle,and achieves the requirements of high precision,high efficiency,and automation of the hydraulic valve performance test bench.
