With the increasing degree of automation, large-scale equipment structure andinformation transfer process is more complex, and has become a complex hydraulicintegration; Large and complex electromechanical systems of equipment in construction、metallurgical、defense、mining、materials and other areas is a mechanical、 electrical、hydraulic and control in one of the multi-field coupling system. According to the mechanicalelectrical hydraulic integration test platform, this paper simulate and analysis the dynamicperformance:1)Base on analysing the composition and working principle of electro-hydraulic hybriddrive integrated test platform, load simulation test bed part determined by the electric drivesystem proportional relief valve to control the pump loaded,the driving system consistsopen-loop and closed-loop, loading system uses torque negative feedback loop. The mainanalysis of the efficiency of the transmission system of the two-loop response speed andpressure of the three performance indicators in the three control signals in response to thesituation, draw closed circuit efficiency and speed of response to higher open circuit, more inline with the test station design requirements.2)Determine the transmission optional closed loop system uses electricity after loadingloading ratio of overflow to estimate the size of the analog power load, choose the appropriatevariable pump mechanism, in turn selecte model and parameters of each hydrauliccomponents.3)Using AMESim software to build hydraulic drive models analyze the hydraulicdriving system,such as pressure loading system closed-loop control characteristics andtransmission speed regulation characteristics.4) Through simulation analysis concluded: pressure loading system closed-loopcharacteristics of a good, fast response, small overshoot; transmission speed characteristicssimulation analysis found: If you change the design of constant power open-loop speedcontrol, while reducing moment of inertia of the flywheel, flywheel energy absorption can beavoided motor output, the iMPact speed characteristics, namely open-loop speed transmissioncharacteristics will be better.
