Because of its advantages of large power-to-weight ratio,high integration,and good installation and maintenance,electro-hydrostatic actuators can replace the traditional hydraulic control system and become the main airborne actuation system of future aviation.Therefore,its design optimization has great significance.very important meaning.In this paper,combined with the requirements of the National Natural Science Foundation of China’s major project "Efficient Energy Conversion Electrostatic Actuator Configuration Principle"(Project No.51890880),the loading test and configuration optimization research on aviation electrohydrostatic actuators was carried out.Firstly,the structure,composition and working mode of the aviation electro-hydrostatic actuator are analyzed,the mathematical models of the permanent magnet synchronous motor module and the pumpcontrolled asymmetric hydraulic cylinder module are established,and the single-variable aviation electro-hydrostatic actuator based on AMESim is established.The simulation model of the actuator;secondly,the lever loading test bench for the aviation electro-hydrostatic actuator is designed,and the hydraulic system,mechanical structure and measurement and control system design of the test bench are completed;thirdly,the characteristics of the aviation electro-hydrostatic actuator are analyzed Aviation load spectrum,carried out the simulation analysis and actual loading experiment of the electro-hydrostatic actuator under three working conditions,analyzed the displacement following performance and energy efficiency performance of the electro-hydrostatic actuator,and verified the simulation model through experimental data Finally,a new configuration of active load-sensing bi-variable aero-electric hydrostatic actuator is proposed,a bi-variable electro-hydrostatic actuator simulation model based on AMESim is built,and different displacements are carried out in combination with the load spectrum.The simulation loading analysis of the lower electrohydrostatic actuator verifies the advantages of the new configuration in terms of energy efficiency.The main research contents are the following four aspects.(1)The basic structure,composition and operation mode of the aviation electric hydrostatic actuator are systematically analyzed,and the mathematical model and transfer function of the permanent magnet synchronous motor module and the pump-controlled asymmetric hydraulic cylinder module are constructed.The performance parameters establish a simulation model based on AMESim.(2)The research on the hydraulic lever loading test bench for the electro-hydrostatic actuator was carried out,the design index of the test platform was set according to the performance index of the aviation electro-hydrostatic actuator,and the hydraulic system design,mechanical structure design and design of the test bench were completed.Strength check and design of electrical measurement and control system.(3)The light load,medium load and heavy load load spectrum of the simulated electrohydrostatic actuator under the actual working conditions are analyzed,and the simulation analysis of the electro-hydrostatic actuator under the three working conditions of light load,medium load and heavy load is carried out.The actual loading experiment is carried out to analyze the sinusoidal displacement following performance and energy efficiency performance of the electrohydrostatic actuator.(4)Based on the simulation and experimental results developed in the above chapters,a new configuration of active load-sensing bivariate aviation electro-hydrostatic actuator is proposed,and a simulation model is established based on AMESim,combined with load spectrum to carry out active load-sensing bivariate aviation The loading simulation of the electrohydrostatic actuator verifies the advantages of the new configuration in terms of energy efficiency.
