Resarch On The Digitized Manufacturing Technology Of Aircraft Tube

According to the problems existing in the production of aircraft tube,the digital manufacturing technology of aircraft tube are researched,that can shorten the manufacturing cycle of tube,improve production efficiency,ensure the manufacturing precision and quality of a tube,and form a set of production processes of the digital manufacturing on tube.Using a way of parametric modeling by dividing the areas and periods on the tube and the secondary development on the CAA/CATIA,the process simulation of the NC tube bending on the single tube is realized which is based on the calculation method of the tube’s intermediate configuration.The establishment of welding tooling mathematical model through digital design method,the positioning and clamping of the tube welding are realized by the method of hole location,the automatic welding is completed through coordinate conversion,seam tracking and modification,digitized manufacturing of the welding tube is realized.The assembly tooling process of tube and the size which welding tube has completed are testing by using a laser tracker.The main contents of this paper include the summary of aircraft tube,the simulation programming technology and the key technology of the NC tube bending on the single tube,the technology of digital welding tooling design,manufacture and automatic welding on the welding tube,digital measurement technology of the tube.Its ultimate purpose is that in the aircraft digital manufacturing environment,it can form a set of digital manufacturing processes of the tube which is from the production of a single tube to automatic welding on the welding tube,and then to the digital measurement of the tube.It can avoid sampling,experiment and other parts in the traditional manufacturing process of tube,ensure the rapid production of tube,and realize the digital manufacturing of aircraft tube.
