The fuselage assembly is a important part of the whole machine manufacturing.It has very high requirements on the appearance of the fuselage,the structural strength and the assembly precision.The modern civil aircraft is carrying more and more passengers,and the voyage is farther and farther.As the body size increases,the relationship between parts becomes more complex and the assembly workload continues to increase.This article is based on a civilian aircraft.This paper designs a flexible assembly fixture and ground auxiliary assembly platform for the fuselage.Moreover,the concept of flexible assembly of the fuselage is added to optimize the ergonomics of the workers' assembly.At the same time,digital measurement technology is combined to improve the fuselage assembly accuracy and assembly quality.This paper mainly analyzes the assembly method of a certain aircraft fuselage,and determines the type of aircraft fuselage assembly tooling through the research on the assembly technology of a certain aircraft fuselage,and then according to the fuselage mechanism,body size,positioning hole position.The research on the fuselage assembly process also has a great influence on the design of the auxiliary assembly platform and the assembly ergonomics.During the assembly process,whether the fuselage components and fixtures interfere or whether the efficiency of certain assembly processes is too low to affect the production schedule and production safety.The aircraft assembly simulation technology is used to improve the rationality and practicality of tooling design.The main influencing factor of assembly quality of aircraft fuselage assembly is assembly accuracy,lies in whether or not the positioning is accurate.Digital measurement based on laser tracker and articulated arm can ensure the accuracy of assembly.The joint arm can measure the accuracy of assembly of small-scale wall plates.The scanning function can scan the shape of each assembled wall panel.The real-time tracking of the laser pointer's point coordinates can detect the accuracy of the fixture positioning holes before assembly,and ensure the aircraft assembly quality through digital measurement technology.
