The Research On Ao Design Technology Of Aircraft Assembly Based On Process Data Platform

With the maturity of MBD technology and the rapid development of 3D digital design and manufacturing technology,the manufacturing process department should take this opportunity to make full use of 3D product design data to improve the means of digital process design and comprehensively promote the 3D structured aircraft Assembly Outline（AO）design method based on the process data platform.Through MBD technology,the process and manufacturing process can directly utilize the results of the front-end 3D design to realize the visual expression of assembly outline.Meanwhile,by improving the reuse rate of process data,AO compilation becomes more and more simple.This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the design and application of the traditional aircraft assembly outline.On this basis,through the research of the 3D model expression technology,the research idea of the 3D structured AO design is put forward.Then,aiming at the problems of large number of parts,complex structure,and covering information in the MBD assembly mathematical model of aircraft,it takes time for the techngrapher to check relevant annotation information,and it is difficult for the standard parts in the statistical mathematical model to analyze,extract and format the relevant assembly information in the MBD model of aircraft.Aiming at the inaccuracy of the manual input information by the craftsman,the AO process data platform for aircraft assembly was established,and the method of accessing the special knowledge base and database with C#was studied.Finally,based on the above research results application verification,namely the aircraft model MBD product for a single data source,using the WPF technology,CATIA secondary development technology,TCP/IP technology,database technology and so on can help to quickly build three-dimensional structured AO method developed a 3D design software,to enhance the quality and efficiency of the three-dimensional AO planning,reduce labor technology personnel,shorten the aircraft assembly preparation time has obvious effect.
