Study On Guo Jinliang's Repair Skills Of Traditional Architectures In Guifeng

Traditional architecture is not only an important material carrier of traditional culture,but it still plays an important role in the construction of our living environment.However,traditional architecture,which has existed for thousands of years,is now faced with extinction.On one hand,with urbanization accelerating,and the development and popularity of modern architecture,lots of traditional repairing technology are gone.A large number of traditional buildings are gradually wrecked for lack of timely and necessary maintenance.On the other hand,people's concept of lifestyle is changing.In order to meet the needs of modern lifestyle,traditional architecture is being dismantled casually,which accelerates the process of its dying out.To protect traditional architecture,it is imperative to carry out scientific and reasonable repair and improve its function.But the level of many repairing team is uneven,leading to a very serious phenomenon due to improper repair on traditional buildings.To really save and protect these traditional buildings,there is a need to have a scientific and reasonable repair skills to support.The paper chooses Jinliang Guo Jinliang's craftsmen team in Fujian Province and their repair skills as a typical model,who have repaired many Ming and Qing typical traditional buildings at Guifeng Village,such as Qi Jia Lou(Residential buildings)and Yuquan Study.In the paper,combined with other related information on traditional repair,it analyses,combs and reveals folk craftsmen's traditional repairing skills.The paper revolves around their repairing skills and experience,which displays the key to folk craftsmen's traditional repairing skills.The main research contents are as follow:Preparatory work before repairing,woodenwork in the repair process and skills of clay tiles.In the paper,it does research on some important techniques of Guo Jinliang team before construction,their experience and their experienced repair skills in the repair work.Besides,the paper analyzes and summarizes some related issues in the repair work.The paper of the structure,the expression and the characteristic are as follow:First,because there are many similarities in the repair methods in two cases,the paper introduces the renovation project on Qi Jia Lou as the main line,combined with the renovation work of Yuquan Study as a supplement and contrast in some important technical aspects.Second,the paper combs,analyzes and reveals repairing skills and its techniques.This paper systematically sorts out folk craftmen's s traditional repair techniques and their skills in repairing traditional architectures.In the paper,the description and the expression of the research on traditional repair work has yet to be further improved and deepened,so that we can further reveal the traditional folk renovation,and we can understand what traditional craftsmen think about and their essence skills on repair work.
