Study On The Repair Technology Of Traditional Village Folk Houses:A Case Study Of Shanxi Province

The traditional village is not a simple place to live,more importantly,it carries a period of history and culture.From the perspective of cultural heritage,the traditional village has a certain value of protection.With the continuous promotion of modern urbanization,a large number of rural people have come into the city,while many traditional villages have been abandoned or rebuilt.At present,the main contradiction of traditional villages is the development of rural areas and the inheritance of traditional culture.How to achieve scientific development on the basis of protecting culture is the key point.Based on this,in the traditional village repair,we should take the cultural protection as the basic principle,and choose the repair technology reasonably,and this paper will carry out the research on related issues in this direction.Shanxi province belongs to the experimental area of the comprehensive reform of urban and rural areas,with a high development prospect.However,there are many villages carrying traditional culture in this area,which are facing certain difficulties in the development and repair of villages.In recent years,in the process of the integration of urban and rural development,Shanxi province rural settlements have been rapidly updated.Based on the historical and cultural value of Shanxi’s traditional village residents,they have not been highly valued,coupled with the lack of relevant laws and regulations,resulting in some residents’ buildings not being well repaired,or even being demolished randomly,which violates the basic principles of traditional village protection.At present,the traditional building repair team in Shanxi province is obviously insufficient,and there is a decreasing trend of development,which threatens the repair and protection of traditional village residents.In this study,based on the investigation of traditional residential buildings,the main problem in the renovation of residential buildings should be,what kind of renovation method should be selected in the face of ancient and traditional culture residential buildings,and what kind of technology and materials should be applied.In the past,many repair technologies have played an important role in the large-scale courtyard with historical and cultural value,but for the general residential buildings,the development of targeted repair technology is still weak.For this reason,the responsibility of repair technology not only falls on the local government,but also should be concerned by the owners of residential buildings.Through the investigation,we found the problems existing in the protection of traditional villages in Shanxi province,analyzed the implementation degree of the current protection plan and the reasons why it is difficult to implement,and then put forward improvement strategies for the preparation and implementation of the plan.In the basic preparatory work,the existing traditional village planning documents in Shanxi province are sorted out and read,and then field research is carried out.Through comparative analysis,the current implementation of traditional village planning in Shanxi provincis obtained,and then the successful cases in other regions are analyzed and used for reference,and suggestions for improvement are put forward.At the same time,interviews with local residents and township government leaders can help us understand the current work of traditional villages in the century and understand the cases of traditional villages on the spot.Through reading the relevant documents of historical and cultural villages and traditional villages protection,it provides a certain theoretical basis for the paper,and through the supplement of literature review and field research,it can make a theoretical analysis of the specific situation of Chongqing.The full text is divided into the following parts: first of all,the existing research materials related to this research problem are summarized,the purpose is to sort out the existing research direction of this problem,and then clear the innovation direction of this research,and also provide reference basis for the research of the whole subject.Secondly,the classification of traditional village repair and common methods are described.Specifically related to the classification principle and basis of the traditional village repair level,classified repair and protection points,repair technology principles,different types of repair,traditional village repair technology value,etc.Thirdly,taking Shanxi provinc as an example,the paper summarizes the status quo of the traditional village house repair technology.Specifically,it includes the status quo of traditional village repair technology in Shanxi provinc and the deficiencies of traditional village repair in Shanxi provinc.Finally,combined with the investigation results of the traditional village residents’ repair technology in Shanxi provinc,the paper puts forward the strategies of improving the traditional village residents’ repair technology.The specific direction is to make full preparation before repair,orderly implement the repair process during repair,and finish the work after repair.
