The Research Of Construction Skills Of Traditional Villages In The Gaoping County,Shanxi Province

Traditional dwelling is the most primitive and basic type of buildings built by human beings.They are adapted to local conditions,locally sourced,with strong national characteristics and regional style.They are also condensed the wisdom of the ancient working people,that is one of the precious treasures in China’s architectural heritage.And the construction skills of traditional villages which is our country important intangible cultural heritage appear with residential dwelling.However,as times changed,traditional dwelling quickly disappeared,the construction of skills gradually lost,traditional craftsmen are also on the verge of generation.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out research on traditional residential dwelling houses and construction techniques.This paper studies the construction skills of traditional dwelling in the Gaoping County based on a large number of literature research,field investigation and oral interview.The research object focuses on the most existing and well-preserved residential dwelling in the middle and late Qing Dynasty.At that time,we try to explore and research the construction skills through the craftsmen.The aim is to establish a basic data archive for local residential research.The research of this thesis is divided into three parts.The first part is the static study of local traditional residential dwelling.By analyzing the local natural environment and human history,comb the environment of the formation of traditional residential dwelling.Furthermore,the different courtyard shapes are analyzed in detail from the perspective of architecture,and the building monomer is discussed deeply from the characteristics of the flat profile of the building.The second part is the dynamic research on the construction technology of local traditional folk houses,which takes the traditional two-storey brick-wood building as an example.This section makes a comprehensive record of the planning preparation,construction process,construction ceremony and Craftsman tools involved in the creation,in order to reflect as truthfully and comprehensively as possible the construction skills and the construction of culture at that time.The third part is the study of local traditional craftsmen.On the basis of analyzing the traditional organization mode and the current situation of inheritance,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the existing problems and puts forward adaptive strategies for the conservation and inheritance of craftsmen.Through more systematic research and analysis,this paper summarizes the basic construction system of Gaoping traditional residential dwelling and thinks about the conservation,inheritance and development of construction skills from the perspective of traditional craftsmen.And residential dwelling as a carrier of construction skills,it will also carry on culture and craftsmanship.
