Research On Quality Control And Evaluation Of The Construction Project Of Mo Yan Highway Reconstruction

Quality,schedule and cost are the three goals of project construction,the three are interdependent and influence each other,and form a dialectical unity.In recent years,with the increase of the national infrastructure construction,China’s highway engineering quality has been greatly improved,but some people because of excessive pursuit of the interests of the individual "bean dregs" caused serious consequences,how many painful case to prove to us that no quality,no investment,no engineering no progress,social reputation,that is not all there is no quality.Therefore,to ensure project quality is the eternal theme of engineering construction management,quality management is the focus of the three goals of the project,the quality control and evaluation is an important means to ensure the engineering quality management,it is found that,for improving the basis of the object,it is an effective way to improve the quality of the project.Because of its own particularity,the highway engineering will be affected by many factors in the whole project construction process.If not,these factors were conducted a comprehensive research and analysis,only by experience,it is impossible to make the quality of the project meet the requirements of the contract,the project manager will be less effective.This project will combine the actual situation of Yanji highway construction project,track the research and practice of quality control of highway engineering construction project at home and abroad,and draw lessons from the research results and advanced theoretical ideas.On the basis of extensive investigation and research,this paper introduces the three aspects of the project,the quality characteristics and the control of the construction project of the extension road reconstruction project.The project construction data,using analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy evaluationmethod,according to certain principles and methods of the project modeling and analysis,and draw the conclusion.According to the relevant laws and characteristics of highway engineering quality evaluation,using the earned value method to track the project construction process,from the perspective of dynamic analysis to solve the quality problems in the project construction process.Starting from the actual work of Mo Yan highway reconstruction project,from the three aspects of organization guarantee,research and Discussion on the strategy of quality control and quality control of projects by means of strategies to solve the problems in the process of construction project quality assurance system to ensure advanced evaluation and management,in order to achieve the predetermined target.
