In the process of road construction,quality problems and common diseases are the key control objects.In order to ensure the construction quality of road construction projects,it is necessary to effectively control the factors that affect the quality of engineering,such as technology,method,material,personnel,and environment and so on.It is also necessary to establish a relatively perfect quality management system and quality assurance system based on the engineering practice and established quality objectives.In order to ensure the quality of the construction,the quality control process system will be formed in order to ensure the quality of the construction to meet the design requirements.At present,Weifang Heping North Road construction project is in the construction stage,there is not a set of scientific quality assurance system,and there is no reasonable improvement plan for the existing quality control problems.This article will be based on the project practice,summarize and analyze the status and problems of its quality control,and make scientific quality control.The quantity assurance system and the improvement plan of quality control are put forward,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to evaluate the effect of the project quality control improvement scheme,and then provide the direction for the optimization of the next step of quality control measures.Through this study,I hope to provide some suggestions for the smooth construction of Weifang Heping North Road construction project and the realization of various quality objectives.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: firstly,on the basis of a brief analysis of the concept of quality control and quality control,the content,process and related theories of project quality control are expounded.Secondly,after introducing the basic situation of the project,the construction arrangement,the general plan of the construction and the overall plan of the construction,the present situation and the existing problems of the quality control of the project are summarized,and the quality control process system is not established and the key control points of the construction quality are not clear.Thirdly,the principles and objectives of the quality control of the project are put forward,thequality assurance system is built,and the concrete and feasible measures for improving the quality control of the project are discussed.Then,on the basis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the two improvement measures,such as establishing and improving the construction quality control process system and setting the key control point of the quality of the construction process,the evaluation results of the evaluation experts on the improvement of the project quality control are obtained on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis.Finally,according to the ranking results of the comprehensive weight value of each evaluation index,the optimization of the progress control measures is carried out by selecting the priority index.It is proposed that the prevention and control of the general quality of the construction process should be strengthened;the quality test of the construction procedure should be attached importance to and the quality key control point inspection system should be carried out,and the quality of the construction should be carried out for the following construction quality.The guarantee has certain guidance and reference value.
