With the rapid development of technology of LED lighting industry, demand of peopleto LED technology is more and more high, in recent years, LED is more and more widelyused in photoelectric system, its intrinsic characteristics and many characteristics determinethat it is the most ideal light source, therefore, continuously improving the quality ofperformance of LED lighting has become the inevitable trend of development in this paper,the quality function deployment technology as the main line of thought, optimizing qualitativecharacteristics based on quality function deployment, the whole process is closely related tocustomer requirements, so as to achieve the demand of the market.This paper takes LED street lights as the object of research, using parallel optimizationtechnology to establish the index system of LED quality performance optimization model ofparallel, in the evaluation of satisfaction on LED street lamp user needs, first obtain ahierarchy structure chart of LED customer demand with affinity diagram, then use AHP todetermine the LED of customer requirements, evaluation of the LED street lamp usersatisfaction and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method; In the establishment of the LEDstreet lamp house of quality, first determine the quality characteristics of LED, then thecharacteristics between the matrix and the technical characters and customer demandcorrelation matrix is determined, and then obtain the quality characteristics of the target valueand importance, and then determine the customer demand planning matrix, build house ofquality LED street planning; Finally, the LED street lamp quality performance optimization,first in quality function deployment method, optimization technique of parallel applicationquality characteristics, constructing parallel optimization model of LED quality characteristics,determine the characteristics of LED quality objectives to improve the rate, and then use theresponse surface method of LED certain quality characteristics of the various factors tooptimize the analysis, establishment among the two order model and fitting analysis, finallyobtaining the influencing factor optimum value of qualitive characteristics, improving LEDluminous efficiency, so as to meet the market requirement.This paper applies the quality function deployment using technology morecomprehensive in the design and optimization of LED street lamp, and the quality of featureoptimization technology and optimized combination of LED street lamp using responsesurface method, technology on the quality improvement and optimization design is aneffective way for the LED industry how to apply quality function deployment.
