| With the application of information technology,digital technology and platform in construction project management,the mode and method of project management have changed dramatically,but the schedule,cost and quality have always been the key indicators to measure the success of the project.BIM as the core digital construction management technology has been widely used in the engineering construction field.BIM digital construction technology can promote the digital,integrated and visual management objectives of engineering projects,and improve the construction efficiency and quality.The successful realization of the overall goal of project development depends on the scientific management of the project goal.Therefore,in the implementation of modern engineering projects with digital construction as the core,it is necessary to achieve balanced and effective control and dynamic management of schedule,cost,and quality goals.This thesis combines the quality earned value method with BIM digital construction technology,evaluates the application effect of the quality earned value method in project schedule-cost-quality management,analyzes the causes of deviations,and takes the initiative in quantitative correction analysis control and refined management,adopt corresponding correction strategies,and further apply to the construction management organizational process to reduce costs,improve quality,and digital construction level of the project.First,using the quantified advantages of quality earned value method schedule,cost,and quality performance indicators,drawing on Hall’s three-dimensional structure theory,integrating the three in the form of a vector into the same three-dimensional space,establishing a quality earned value method evaluation index system calculate the evaluation index.When calculating the quality earned value,the AHP-entropy weight method is used to combine weights to determine the comprehensive weight of quality indicators,so that the index weights are more objective,scientific and reasonable.Then,the vector angle cosine consistency evaluation method is selected to build a schedule-cost-quality integrated evaluation model based on the vector angle cosine,and the application effect of the quality earned value method in the digital construction management process is evaluated.Finally,the quality earned value method is applied to the digital construction management of the Taolaizhao bridge reconstruction and expansion project,and an empirical analysis is carried out in conjunction with engineering cases to verify the research results of the paper and draw an evaluation conclusion,that is,the quality earned value method is used in the construction project BIM digital construction management the practicability and applicability of the,and the feasibility of the vector angle cosine consistency evaluation method have strong guiding significance for digital engineering project management practice. |
