At present, people's demand for driving comfort is improved and the important part of it is in the sense that the vehicle shifting feeling, which directly affects the performance of the customer. In the vehicle shifting feeling required to stop clear, good breathing, moderate shifting force, feeling smooth, etc..But parking brake is a complex kinematic mechanism, which is composed of three parts, such as the shift force adjusting device, the ratchet mechanism and the sliding device. It is a complex mechanical system with multiple degrees of freedom and nonlinear. It is an extremely complicated work to realize the exact description of the mechanical parts of its mechanical components by means of mathematical modeling.This thesis focuses on the relationship between the shifting force and the parking function in the optimization process. Using GSQA system analyzes the factors which affect the vehicle parking function. Through the simulation software ADAMS, building simulation model, research the structure, shape and parameters of the parking system. Finally, the EOL testing and vehicle validation method are applied to carry out the optimization scheme. To save a lot of time and costing for the enterprise to achieve the desired objectives.
