In recent years, compared with the traditional manual mechanical brake system, vehicle electronic parking brake system gradually is favored popularly with its unique reliability,intelligence and other powerful features. The current automotive electronic parking system has been widely used in the European market intermediate above models, because of the protection of intellectual property rights and core the technical data, the domestic research on electronic parking brake system is still in the stage of developing and testing. Although it has achieved certain results, the popularity of domestic cars are still poor. It is necessary to conduct the thorough research to the electronic parking brake system. As the core component of the parking brake system, the control strategy and the design of hardware about the electronic parking brake control device is an important guarantee to realize the function of parking brake. When the electronic parking brake system of vehicle controller unit has completed the hardware circuit design of the case, using static and dynamic block to test its function and Combining the machine debugging and platform test to verify the accuracy of the parking brake function.The design of hardware meets the requirements of automotive electronics hardware design standards, ensures the reliability of the circuit and does not affect the normal work of ECU. The redundancy technology realized double MCU control, using AUTOSAR standard freescale microcontroller MC9SX12DP256 and AVRMega88 microcontroller suit to be used in the automotive environment. For the convenience of welding and debugging, in this article, the circuit is divided into the control system of power and electronic control unit processor system module and function module, respectively design and debug for the electronic control unit of the two modules. To verify electronic parking brake system controller of the braking function, and CAN simulate the real vehicle driving on experimental platform in the process of braking process, this paper builds the braking system experiment platform, making the simulation of real working condition of the car body simulator, through the CAN network to verify information data between modules, recording and analyzing the experimental data. Finally, in this paper, the experimental platform for wiring harness design presents a fast conversion drawing the drawing method of information, and draw the wire drawing experiment platform.Experimental results show that this design of electronic parking brake system controller hardware circuit, the parking brake function can completed on the experiment platform as well as the real car, the research results have certain practical and economic value.
