Research On Courtyard Space Integration In Perspective Of Courtyard Economy In Dafangzi Village

Courtyard space is the most basic unit and the core of production in rural settlement. Chinese rural courtyards are different from the traditional private gardens and the courtyards in cities. Because of its own characteristics of the combination of the production and space, it has been more focused on the pursuit of economic efficiency. Especially with the development of rural tourism in China, the villages surrounding the scenic spots are also being affected. Tourism industry facilitates the third industry which also provides the power for the development of the villages. Thus the spatial pattern of the villages and the mode of life style are gradually developing into a trend of diversification and the relationship between the development of the scenic spots and the construction of the villages is becoming more and more closely. At the same time, along with the development opportunities is due to the lack of planning management, part of the village spaces and the way of production are damaged. Meanwhile, the vigorous development of the rural construction also provides an opportunity for the change of the rural courtyard.Because of the construction and development of the rural tourism, the construction and development of the village will be influenced by many factors, which will have an impact on the development of the courtyard. Therefore, we cannot try to integrate the courtyard from one point of view. Based on the background of the development of rural tourism, with the research object of courtyard space,this paper explained the constituent elements include the function, culture and hierarchy of needs and the usage behavior, to sum up the existing problems, such as the cracked layout and the simplex circumstance, the wrong function orientation and the poor excavation of culture, the lagging management construction and the poor tourism services. Under the view of courtyard changes, it can be concluded from the origin to differentiation during that the factors of production, policy and economy decisive role in courtyard economy so that to effect the change of courtyard. It makes the courtyard economy and courtyard space three-dimensional, pluralistic and capitalized gradually. Combined with the theory of rational small farmers and comparative advantage, the paper puts forward the integration strategy of the courtyard.
