| With the proposal of Rural Revitalization Strategy and the adjustment of rural industrial structure,great changes have taken place in the production and life style of scattered villages in Chengdu,from a single agricultural production to a new direction of integrated development of agriculture and secondary and tertiary industries.As the core unit of rural space,homestead has a profound impact on the rural spatial structure,industrial structure and the quality of living environment.Compared with the sound industrial form of concentrated villages,scattered villages pay more attention to the economic value of homestead.Homestead space,as the material space environment and spiritual environment of villagers’ production and life,is inevitably affected by the courtyard economic mode in the process of space renewal and optimization,which involves the change of production and life style and the regional protection and continuation of traditional rural style,and has great significance The significance of the research should be emphasized.In recent years,the production mode of scattered villages in Chengdu has changed greatly.The problems of separation of production space and living space,convergence of house style and idle house space are becoming more and more serious.The analysis and design only from the material space environment can temporarily improve the space quality and living quality of scattered villages,but it can not solve the problem of sustainable renewal and development of scattered villages from the root Question.Therefore,only by systematically combining the courtyard economic mode and the courtyard space mode,and promoting the development of courtyard economic mode through the space optimization of rural courtyard,can it provide the sustainable development power for scattered village courtyard.In this paper,under the agricultural transformation of Chengdu scattered villages courtyard space as the research content,Shiba village as the research object.First of all,combined with the research results of space syntax theory and big data analysis and other related theories,according to the importance of space and the activity of using behavior of Shiba village,Shiba village house is divided into four levels from space,and its population composition,value appeal and space composition characteristics are summarized combined with field research.Secondly,the influence of courtyard economy on the spatial pattern of courtyard is analyzed from four aspects: economic pattern,population composition,production and life style,and spatial pattern.Combined with the development trend of rural areas under the guidance of courtyard economy and the current characteristics of four levels of residential buildings in Shiba village,it concludes the self-sufficiency type,economic production type,life service type,and leisure service type corresponding to different levels of residential buildings There are four kinds of courtyard space mode.Finally,based on the characteristics and development trend of the existing residential space in Shiba village,combined with the premise,content and mode of the optimization of residential space under the guidance of courtyard economy,the optimization strategies of activating idle space,integrating living space,reconstructing residential environment and creating shared space are put forward.Using the summarized strategies,the paper designs four kinds of residential space modes,and comprehensively studies the practical significance of these strategies,so as to provide reference and help for the rural construction of scattered villages in Chengdu. |
