Research On The Landscape Construction Mode Of Rural Minshuku Courtyard In Lishui City

With the accelerated process of urbanization in China,the city’s life of the high pace and high intensity makes people pay attention to leisure and prefer to live with the nature become a natural trend.Urban residents’ demand for leisure tourism is increasing.The rise of leisure tourism trends led to the development of the Minshuku industry.However,the current pension development "heavy products,light culture" and "heavy economy,light environment,and how to carry out the landscape environment construction is an important aspect of improving quality of pension and economic development.This paper is based on the theories of human settlements,landscape aesthetics and other different theoretical basis,Through the investigation of typical Minshuku courtyard on landscape elements,culture and environment in Lishui rural area,the content and research results are as follows:(1)By studying the relevant literature,refines the definition and characteristics of the courtyard of the Minshuku: Minshuku outdoor space is closely connected with the hostel building,used to meet people’s leisure,communication,ornamental and other aspects of demand,It’s an extension of the interior space,so it’s malleable.(2)Lists the types of Minshuku in Lishui rural area: according to the tourism function is divided into leisure,sightseeing,tourism landscape type;It is divided into open type,semi closed type and enclosed type according to the enclosing form of courtyard wall.hostel courtyard layout form,including "one" type,"U" and "L" type layout form;distribution types include Enclosed,scattered,array.(3)Courtyard landscape operating conditions includes;The theme is fuzzy and the style is similar;The layout is unreasonable,the space hardening is serious;the courtyard facilities are single and the style is different.(4)In view of the problems,put forward three kinds of development model and the corresponding Minshuku courtyard landscape construction mode,That is,economic and practical courtyard landscape model,ecological gardening courtyard landscape model,rural rhyme style courtyard landscape model.And expounds style characteristics and designing point of all kinds of garden landscape.Therefore,the economy development of Lishui rural area need to regulate Minshuku construction mode,establish the model for the development of Minshuku courtyard has a role in promoting.Home garden landscape construction should be starting from the field,taking into account the landscape,recreation and economic production of the three major functions,landscape and cultural integration,improve the quality of home stay.
