Research On Project Management About Prefabricated Housing Construction Based On ERP-BIM

In the construction of the new urbanization process,prefabricated housing gets substantial support from the government and the society due to its great advantage of the energy conservation and emissions reduction,higher energy and resource efficiency.Though as the first choice of the green building development promotion approach,there are several differences between the prefabricated housing project management and traditional construction projects or industrial products,the existing management modes cannot meet the demands of prefabricated housing construction requirements.It may has negative impacts on the development of the green prefabricated housing construction or its superiority.Therefore,the prefabricated housing management mode innovation is going to be extremely urgent.The fundamental meaning of prefabricated housing projects,Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP),and Building Information Modeling(BIM)are studied in this dissertation according to the basic construction project management theory;afterwards,the existing problems and difficulties in the management of prefabricated housing project are analyzed,including project management informatization,model data integration,component standardization,project management coordination,construction enterprise organizational structure and construction worker ability,based on its current developing situation.The ERP-BIM system is built to solve the above problems by combining supply chain management in ERP system with construction project BIM model management,and the solutions and improvement approaches are put forward to support the prefabricated housing project management.The ERP-BIM system is established which uses the BIM model for prefabricated housing construction model management,combined with ERP system for prefabricated housing construction material supply management,through the coordination between them,thus achieving the science and efficiency of management.
