The Progress Management Of The Project Of BZW Prefabricated Public Rent Housing

The traditional construction mode of engineering buildings has many disadvantages,such as long period,low efficiency,poor returns and many hidden dangers.Assembled building is the best way for the country to improve the traditional construction mode and advocate sustainable development.At the same time,in order to protect people's livelihood,China vigorously develops affordable housing projects,and standardizes its assembly rate.Therefore,the development of assembled structural affordable housing will become a trend.Among them,public rental housing is very beneficial to the development of assembly structure because of its standardization of household type.There are many differences between the management of fabricated structure building and traditional construction industry,but there are few studies on the progress management of prefabricated fabricated construction project nowadays.Based on this,how to use the existing progress management theory and methods to achieve effective progress control is the purpose of my research in this paper.Taking BZW assembled public rental housing project as an example,this paper studies the progress management of assembled building.Through collecting all kinds of factors affecting the progress in the field construction process and the operation time of each process,the suitable Gantt chart and network chart of the construction progress are established.This paper studies the form of plan design,the control of total project time,the control of quality,cost and other factors,the difficulty of changing project schedule and the application of probability,so as to get more reasonable and accurate control and adjustment of the assembly project schedule,and to provide timely measures and suggestions for the project construction.Through the research on the progress management of existing projects,we can get effective management methods.Based on the characteristics of high assembly cost and market transparency and monopolization,we can control the cost,increase the profits of enterprises,and increase the competitiveness of enterprises in this field,through ? the project progress management.
