Research On The Effectiveness Evaluation System Of Spatial Design In Rural Renewal

China's rapid urbanization process,not only promoted the development of the city,also bring huge influence in the country.Since 2005,when the construction of "a new socialist countryside" is raised,from the government to the planners,architects,and NGO,artists,more and more people plunged into the country renewal research and practice.Village space design is an important part of the country renewal.Adopt different space design patterns and implementation approaches will bring different effect to the village space form,cultural features,sustainable development,etc.The lack of effectiveness evaluation for the rural space design will lead to the all kinds of rural update construction problems which in such aspects as environment,culture,style and characteristics continue to spread.Timely evaluation and research on the implementation effectiveness of the rural space design has important implications for lessons rural construction,the formation of suitable local rural space design method.This paper aims to construct the effectiveness evaluation system of rural space design.After the re-identification,definition and analysis of related concepts,definition and parsed,from the perspective of values and methodology the study systematically reviewed the theoretical studies on the evaluation of urban planning,urban design and rural residential environment,and summarized the experience in establishing evaluation standard and using method.To make a comprehensive analysis of rural space design and implementation features from the general rules of the construction of the rural space design,so as to clear the connotation and value orientation of rural space design effectiveness evaluation.From six dimensions,such as aesthetics,environmental,social,ecological,cultural,economic and so on,the evaluation indexes are classified and studied,after determining the evaluation process and the system structure relationship of the index system,and refer to relevant evaluation system and standard,using AHP(analytic hierarchy process)to construct the "rural space design effectiveness evaluation system",to form the specific techniques and methods of the implementation evaluation.Finally,evaluate the effectiveness of Xinyang,Haotang village in Henan province,the evaluation system and methods constructed is tested,to summarize the feasibility,applicability and shortcomings of the evaluation system.
