| The development of rural tourism is in full swing,which is both an opportunity and a challenge for industrial rural residence.The industrial farm house is a special form of the integration of production and residence.As a display window of rural regional culture,it is favored by tourists in rural tourism.This mode of home-based production,because of its low cost and strong adaptability,has been greatly developed in rural tourism.However,there are some drawbacks in the functional space of traditional rural housing itself.It is difficult to cope with the more complex functional structure and streamline organization requirements after the transformation into industrial rural housing.It is difficult to meet the needs of modern production and living due to the mixed production and residence and chaotic streamline inside the rural housing.In addition,with the development of rural tourism,tourists’ consumer demand is diversified.At present,the agricultural residential industry lacks spatial functional elements and the indoor environment is poor,which makes it difficult to meet the consumer demand of tourists.Therefore,renewal is imperative.Starting from the perspective of rural tourism,this paper takes the agricultural residential industrial space as the main research object.Based on the changing trend and diversified demands of the industrial space from the perspective of rural tourism,this paper summarizes the renewal design strategy of the agricultural residential industrial space through the renewal design practice of typical cases.In this paper,Zhang’s tie-dye family workshop in Zhoucheng Village of Yunnan Province is selected as a typical case.First of all,combining with the field research results,the industrial space is systematically analyzed with architectural methods,and the existing problems of industrial space,such as the lack of functional elements,uneven distribution of area indexes,and the intersection of streamlines,are summarized.Secondly,combined with the results of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper summarizes the functional demands of agricultural residential industrial space users for industrial space,convenience needs for production lines and guiding needs for visiting experience lines under the influence of rural tourism.Based on the analysis of the results it is concluded that rural industry multi-level updates the requirements of the space,and on this basis,from planning,spatial integration function,streamline,space,quality improvement and restructuring,ambience style continuation of six aspects: to update the industry space design,by implanting loss function,the life function partition and rationalization of production methods to solve the above problems,to meet the diversified demand of rural tourism;Based on the design practice of industrial space renewal of Zhang’s tie-dye family workshop,a set of generally feasible strategies for industrial space renewal of rural residential are summarized to deal with the common problems of industrial residential space in rural tourism.It is hoped that this research can provide a reference method for the renewal design of industrial rural residences,so as to achieve long-term development of industrial rural residences in rural tourism. |
