Study On The Evaluation Of Rural Human Settlement Environment In Huaian

The improvement of rural human settlement environment can promote the coordinated development of city,countryside and nature,thus promote the social and economic development of the country and guarantee the health of rural residents.The evaluation of rural human settlement environment is the primary work of improving rural human settlement environment.At present,China has not put forward a unified evaluation system and standard of rural human settlement environment.And most of the evaluation studies on rural human settlement environment are influenced by data sources,or based on complete and systematic statistical data at the scale of provinces,cities and counties,or based on field surveys and interview questionnaires at the scale of villages,with a single evaluation scale.In addition,there are few studies on spatial quantitative analysis methods at the village scale in the current evaluation of rural human settlement environment.In this paper,HUAIAN of JIANGSU Province was taken as the research area.By referring to relevant statistical yearbooks,entropy method and DPSIR(Drive force-Pressure-State-Impact-Response)model were used to analyze the change trend of all aspects of rural human settlement environment and comprehensive evaluation index of HUAIAN from 2013 to 2019.And entropy method is also used to evaluate the rural human settlement environment of HUAIAN in 2020.In terms of spatial quantitative analysis at the village scale,based on spatial syntax analysis method and field investigation,a spatial axis model was constructed by taking WUCHENG,TAISHAN and ZHULOU as examples to quantitatively describe the rural spatial structure from three aspects: selectivity,local and global integration,and comprehensibility.Through the research,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The changes of rural human settlement environment in the whole region of HUAIAN are mainly affected by the policy response.The long-term problem of labor drain and aging makes the driving force index decrease significantly,which may affect the further improvement of rural living environment in the future.The construction and management of centralized sewage treatment facilities in villages and towns still need to be strengthened.In order to improve the rural living environment of HUAIAN,besides the government subsidies,we should make full use of resources and industrial advantages to solve the relocation problem of rural residents in the demolition areas and the ecological red line areas in time.(2)Space syntax analysis method for the quantitative analysis of rural spatial structure and core extraction can obtain better results,and extract the rural residents gather in the main activities in whole space center space,economy,social function,the analysis will show the relationship between the rural local and integral space.Space syntax analysis method can effectively make up for the lack of rural core on the evaluation of the rural residential environment field investigation of spatial analysis,to provide guidance for the development planning of rural human settlement environment.(3)It is suggested that HUAIAN should give more policy support to improve the response and driving force to the problem of rural labor shortage.Considering the weak economic foundation of most villages and towns,we should focus on the construction of the original core space in rural areas and then radiate outwards to promote the development of the overall rural living environment.
