| With the rapid development of policies such as beautiful rural areas and rural tourism,rural housing has also adapted to the changes and requirements of modern production and is constantly being updated.However,the updating process of rural housing itself cannot be supported,and requires the collective coordination of the village.This article takes northern rural areas as the research object,excavates the rural residential renewal models and the practical needs faced during the renewal process,proposes rural residential renewal strategies,and finally selects typical rural residential areas for renewal and transformation.Firstly,the paper elaborates on the background,research purpose,and significance of the topic,introduces the research content,and conducts a research review from four aspects: rural residential buildings,rural residential renewal,rural residential energy-saving renovation,and urban-rural coordination.Afterwards,typical villages and rural houses in the north were selected for on-site research.Through case studies,the regional characteristics and architectural culture of traditional dwellings were discussed,and the impact of natural and climatic environments on village and rural house construction was analyzed.The village planning and rural house construction were analyzed from the perspectives of regional and local culture.Finally,the research results were summarized and compared,And summarize the similarities and differences in regional characteristics between rural residential construction and village planning in the northern region,in order to form the basis for future design research.Secondly,this article investigates traditional construction techniques and explores the evolution process of rural residential building forms,usage functions,plumbing equipment,etc.It discusses the construction mode of rural residential renewal and creates archives for old craftsmen and construction processes;On the basis of detailed research and investigation in Henan,Beijing,and Gansu regions,the influencing factors of rural residential renewal are divided into three aspects: farmers,village communities,and external support systems.For these three aspects,strategies for rural residential renewal are proposed,including guiding farmers’ functional adaptation,controlling their appearance,and building support platforms.Firstly,the intergenerational relationship of rural residential renewal is studied,followed by cultural inheritance,technical support Propose specific updating methods for village infrastructure and public spaces.Finally,based on the above analysis,the paper selects villages in Guoshuyuan Village and Bangluo Town for the renovation of self housing,homestays,and public service facilities,and proposes design concepts and renovation methods.This study has certain reference value for the new renovation design of rural houses in the north. |
