Nowadays, energy saving, environmental protection and sustainable development have been the general direction of the development of the construction industry.The development of green building is the inevitable trend of the progress of the times. Green building refers to the construction not only can satisfy the human comfort, health and living conditions from the design stage to the last scrap in the whole process, but also coordinates with social and environment sustainable development. But now the awareness of green building is not enough, our country's technical level is still relatively low, so the development of green building in China started relatively late, but the development of green building is still unavoidable mission of building industry. In order to ensure the rapid development of China's green building, it is of urgent need to solve the problem of risk management of green building.This paper will divide the full life cycle of green building project into decisionstage, design stage, construction stage, the stage of trial operation, the operation and maintenance phase. Combined with the present development and situation of green building projects,it studies risk factors and it's subfactors of each stage of life cycle.Through the analysis of green building project risk, the consultant of a number of experienced experts and the access to a large number of relevant information,it selectes 18 risk factors for green building projects,such as inaccurate green building project objectives and positioning,insufficient cost estimation of the green building construction,inadequate understanding of green building and establishes a risk assessment the index system of green building project.By using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk factors of green building projects, I get the relative weight of green building projects for each risk factor, finally get the results of the risk assessment.The total risk is the risk that the green building projects relative risk grade of membership. Through the empirical analysis by risk assessment of Building No.1 green project, i find the the risk of Building No.1 green project,it mainly includes the low efficiency of equipment,the inaccurate forecast of the market demand,the property company lack of experience and the uncertainty cost estimation of the green building project.The evaluation model is established by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, calculated by the model of risk assessmentresults, the total risk of the project relative risk grade of membership degree is low risk.Based on it, if the total risk of the project relative risk degree is low,the project can be investment,then taking effective measures to avoid or prevent the risk of project for people to make the loss to the minimum.
