With the rapid development of science and technology and the increasing cost of employment,the current domestic and foreign markets for new type and high automation flat vulcanizing machine are increasing,and the market eliminate high energy consumption,low production efficiency models gradually.Although the vulcanizing machine has been developed for many years,rubber curing equipment manufacturers in the single machine structure or function to achieve the local innovation and improvement,the main products on the market are mainly in the form of a single or double machine or in the form of a semi-automatic machine.The main mode of operation is artificial feeding,stuffing,manual mold cleaning,manual removal of the finished product model,which is seriously disconnect of the rapid development of industrial automation in today's society.In this paper,the characteristics and performances of various existing hot compression molding machine are thoroughly studied,and overcome the poor automation level of existing vulcanization equipment,and fully take advantage of the existing equipment for technological innovation.Mainly to improve the design of the TYC and TIP series vulcanizing machine.After improved the vulcanizing machine,it can achieve automatic stripping,automatic spraying mold release agent.It is also equipped with dual mode switching system and mold preheating device,which can improve the vulcanization efficiency,and it meets the requirements of automatic production line.The new automatic vulcanization production line is designed.Mainly from both the modeling and simulation,the automatic vulcanization production line is researched.In order to achieve the goal of machine substitutions,improve product quality,increase the production efficiency and production automation,it puts forward two kinds of vulcanization production line project.The 3D model of the production line is established in SolidWorks.In order to validate the feasibility of the production line,the simulation model of the production line is established by using the software of Flexsim.Through the simulation analysis of the oil seal production system,the influence of processing time,machine configuration ratio and manipulator moving speed on the utilization ratio of production equipment are obtained.In this paper,the best process parameter of the production line is selected and drawn into the state statistical table directly.Then the mathematical model of the mechanical configuration ratio is established.The feasibility of the model is proved by comparing with the simulation data,which can provide reference for the design and optimization of the production line.In order to find the optimal scheduling sequence,the four kinds of skeleton oil seal are simulated and studied.Finally,from the aspects of production management,production efficiency and economic efficiency,a comprehensive analysis of vulcanization production line is carried out.The effective scheme is selected according to the actual situation of the enterprise.The results show that the automatic vulcanization equipment designed in this subject reduce the number of operators,improve the automation level of the vulcanization production line,which greatly improved the production efficiency of rubber products.
