| The development of low-carbon economy is crucial for carbon emission reduction,greenhouse effect control and the sustainable development of both economy and environment.Logistics is one of the three industries with the characteristic of low-carbon which has been defined in China’s overall deployment to tackle climate change.The development of low-carbon economy is also significant for the sustainable development of regional economy.With its location advantages,Anhui Province has been included into the Yangtze River Delta Economic Belt.Taking Anhui provinces as a case,this dissertation dwells on the mechanism and path of the development of regional low-carbon logistics with the outcomes and innovations listed as below.1.This dissertation has defined the connotation of regional logistics capacity and set up the quantitative evaluation indicators with the analysis outline consisted of the environment sustenance,developing strength and potential,providing theoretical support for assessing regional logistics capacity.2.It has calculated the carbon emission of Anhui logistic industry with energy coefficients and tested it against EKC hypothesis.Comparing the result with that of the logistic industry in the Yangtze River Delta,the study has found that the logistic industry in Anhui boasts the lowest carbon emission and the optimal energy structure.Nevertheless,the result goes against the EKC hypothesis with a U shape relationship,which shows that Anhui’s logistic industry has a maximum developing growth3.With LMDI,factors influencing the carbon emission of regional logistics have been analyzed as energy structure,energy efficiency,industry structure,economic growth and population.Among them,it has been found that economic growth contributes most to the carbon emission of Anhui logistic industry,while energy structure,energy efficiency and industry structure are inhibitive of the emission.4.With the integration of the matter element analysis theory,fuzzy set and Euclid approach degree,this dissertation has set up a fuzzy-set analysis model of the regional logistics capacity based on Euclid approach degree.It has conducted a quantitative analysis of regional low-carbon logistics capacity of the Yangtze River Delta(including Anhui)and the six provinces in the central China.The comparison indicates that the weak scale effects and high carbon emission have hindered the improvement of Anhui’s low-carbon logistics capacity.5.This dissertation analysed the mechanism of the development of regional low-carbon logistics using the theoretical analytical framework of “power-measure-role”.It pointed out that government and enterprises play a central role on the development of regional low-carbon logistics,and put forward the path of regional low-carbon logistics from the level of government and enterprises after knowing the situation and challenges of the development of low carbon logistics in Anhui province.6.Based on the low-carbon logistic perspective,this dissertation has raised three modern low-carbon logistic management models.One is the game model established between government and retailers aimed for analyzing the government-sponsored scrappage schemes.The secend one is the optimization model for analyzing the optimal collaborative strategy of the joint distribution of logistic enterprises.The third one is the application of the game theory for studying the optimal decisions and recycling channel strategy for a manufacturer in a closed-loop supply chain with two retailers which have asymmetric market shares. |
