| The lichen family Graphidaceae belongs to Ostropales,Lecanoromycetes,Ascomycota,and Fungi.It is characterized by having crustose mainly corticolous thalli;lirelliform to irregular disc-shaped ascomata immersed,semi-immersed or sessile;completely,basally,laterally,apically carbonized or uncarbonised exciple;clear or inspersed hymenium;1~8-spored ascus;transversely septate to muriform ascospores with I+ violet,blue,red brown or I-ve.The famlily has a world-wide distribution in tropical to subtropical areas.Wuyishan National Nature Reserve with rich species resource is one of the most imprtant biodiversity protection area in southeast of China,but this region is still blank in system taxonomical research of family Graphidaceae,some taxa reported are only scattered reports by some papers.The specimens collected from Mountain Wuyishan are mainly conserved in LCU and SDNU.According to the genera of Graphidaceae of Staiger,using the morphological,anatomical,chemical and geographical study methods,8 genera with 38 species are reported,i.e.Diorygma(5 speices),Diploschistes(3 speices),Graphis(21 speices),Hemithecium(2 speices),Myriotrema(1 speices),Ocellularia(2 speices),Phaeographis(3 speices)and Sarcographa(1 speices),including 1 new species to science,i.e.Diorygma fuscum,and 12 new records to Fujian,i.e.Diorygma hieroglyphicum,Graphis bifera,G.elegantula,G.endoxantha,G.oxyclada,G.scripta,Hemithecium balbisii,H.hainanense,Myriotrema terebratulum,Ocellularia thelotremoides,Phaeographis dendroides and Sarcographa glyphiza.In the study,the morphological and anatomical features of all species were described in detail and chemical testing experiments were took.The lichen morphological and anatomical photos are provided.Keys of genera and species are shown in the present thesis.This study provides the taxonomical and ecological references,and the information for biodiversity and biological resources using in the family Graphidaceae.The thesis presents further information for the compiling and researching work of Flora Lichenum Sinicorum. |
