Set pair analysis can not only depict the multidimensional links of the system, but also reveal the changing trend of the studied system.Firstly, combining the conception of set pair analysis with the original meaning of multidimensional connection number,we put forward the definition of multidimensional set pair analysis, study the properties of the multidimensional connection number, establish a set of operation rules of multidimensional set pair analysis and have proved the rationality of the operation.Secondly,we conduct a study for the “set pair potential”,and give the definition of“set pair exponential potential” of multivariate connection number.Taking advantage of the theory and method of the golden section point,we give the specific classification. At last, the multidimensional connection number potential is transformed into one dimension to analyze the set pair exponential potential.Thirdly,we improve the concept that the “closeness degree” of multiple connection number.Based on the closeness degree of connection number and by the transformation of triangular fuzzy number and ternary connection number,a new model of triangular fuzzy number multi-attribute decision-making is constructed. Finally, the example about the selection of the best candidate verifies the practicability of the method. Finally, combining multidimensional set pair analysis theory with the closeness degree of multiple connection number,we put forward the multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation model.By comparing the value of the set pair exponential potential and the relative closeness degree with the ideal solution,we can get the evaluation results. The effectiveness of the method is proved.
