Design And Implementation Of Ground Meteorological Observation Data Processing System Based On Flex And WebGIS

In view of statistical analysis processes and methods unformed in the present ground meteorological observation data statistical analysis,monotonous data form,single service function,and weak interaction ability and other problems,this research studied and developed ground meteorological observation data processing system on the basis of Flex and Web GIS.This paper introduces the domestic ground meteorological observation data processing system and the present situation of Web GIS system development,by introducing the advanced RIA technology,to build an Web GIS system structure under RIA;to make comprehensive demand analysis on the system,and carry on the system overall design,detailed design and system test design;finally using object-oriented visual programming language and on the basis of Web GIS platform to develop ground meteorological observation data processing system which is combined with eight subsystem with a variety of meteorological elements at any time of the query retrieval,statistical analysis,thematic map making,data product production and push,and background management system.Making use of the observation data of 87 national ground-based observing sites since they were built in the whole province,the developed system can carry out the sequence assembly queries and statistical analysis on the temperature,humidity,wind,pressure,precipitation,and thunderstorm,fog,haze,glaze,frost,wind and other severe weathers affect our province and high visibility weather events related to people's physical and mental health;on the basis of network to carry on customization,download,pushing and other business service process of meteorological data of product,with rich,practical and objective statistical analysis on meteorological service pattern of product to express,so as to reduce secondary processing of data by the user.The design of the system and further playing foundation supporting role of ground meteorological observation data on service for disaster prevention and mitigation,service during the development of social economy.
