A Preliminary Study On The Application Of The Trait Of Marine Culture In Chinese Enterprise Culture

In a new economic era of much more severe market competition,the survival and development of enterprises should not solely rely on existing resources,traditional operation philosophy,but more on originality,innovation,and on absorbing nourishment from advanced cultures,so as to develop a new form of enterprise culture and to strengthen the competitiveness and vitality of enterprises.As marine culture is a treasure among the various types of human cultures formed in history,it is conductive for Chinese enterprises to cultivate excellent enterprise cultures by absorbing spirit essence from marine culture so as to improve their competitiveness.The first part of the thesis illustrates the origin of the topic and research purposes,introduces the existing research results,and presents the important and difficult points as well as innovation points of the text.In the second part,the author put forward her definitions upon the two conceptions of marine culture and enterprise culture.Taking cultures of some successful enterprises in China southeast coastal regions as examples,the third part,also the key part of this olive-structured text,analyzes the enterprise spirit of "exploration and innovation","honesty","perseverance" and "unity",which are all with obvious trait of marine culture.Based on the analysis,it further elaborates the application necessity,possibility,and practicality of marine culture upon enterprise culture,and emphatically illustrates the timely help of marine culture in making up the deficiencies of enterprise culture.Based on the perspective of three combined aspects-guiding capacity of the government,communicative function of social organizations,and self-planning as well as self-absorption capability of enterprises,the last part put forward concrete suggestion on how to applicant the trait of marine culture into the Chinese enterprise cultural construction process to develop a newform of enterprise cultural ecology by taking a course of self-initiative,self-voluntary and self-conscious steps.
