The Study Of Innovation Culture Oriented Technology Innovation

In the era of knowledge economy based on the intellectual resources, the function of science and technology as the primary productivity is being displayed fully, and the important role of technology innovation is increasingly obvious day by day. In order to change the present situation that our country's technology innovation capability is overall weak and the high degree of dependence on the foreign, the domestic study of technology innovation has already change its angle from economics, technology studies and management studies to culture perspective, because the value sense of main body need the powerful support from innovation culture.Under the background of country innovation system, the multi-agent of technology innovation (government, industry, universities and research institutes) request the incorporation of universities, research institutes and high-tech enterprises'innovation culture, and forms a entire integrative and overall"profound innovation culture". What's more, the present study of innovation culture mainly overlook the culture meaning of technology innovation itself so that separate it from innovation culture. In view of the situation , the article discuss the innovation culture and the interaction between innovation culture and technology innovation from the"profound innovation culture"level.The article is divided into five parts. The first chapter, in addition to pointing out the study background , the study significance, the innovation as well as the study method, mainly elaborates the development course and present study status of innovation culture and technology innovation.The second chapter defines the philosophy essence of technology innovation from the Marxist view of technology and analyze the three level contained by innovation culture, building a culture analysis framework for the following culture study, and has explained the culture connotation. Take this as the foundation , in the next chapter, the wide-angle perspective of the innovation culture has been put forward, as well as the philosophy location from the Marxist culture view. In the last part of this article, the author attempt to put forward the ideas and views upon innovation culture construction based on the three levels as argument framework contained by innovation culture.
