As the part of the groundwater resources,the underground hot water has the mineral resourcesattribute, but also has attributes of water resources.With over the years, more and more widely development and utilization,the water levels of the different hydrous heat reservoir declined with varying degrees, and the trend of decline increase year by year. If you don't take corresponding control measures, the groundwater resources as geothermal energy carrier was once drainage of, the thermal energy ofthe deeply earth's crust surrounding rock was difficult to development and utilization. Thus,the water resources has played the important role to be the heat carrier.Therefore it is necessary to carry out and utilization of the underground water resources in Tianjin.To achieve the purpose of development in the protection, then, realize the coordinated and sustainable development of underground water resources, economy, society and environment. Taking Dongli Lake in Tianjin Lake as the research object, the problem of underground hot water resources for the heating is studied. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) According to the exploitation and utilization of underground water resources, in fully explained in the study area based on geothermal anomaly area tectonic conditions, general situation of formation, aquifer thermal energy storage characteristics and nearby geothermal field characteristics, analysis of the situation of the geothermal anomaly area of geothermal resources, domestic and foreign mining utilization and resource dynamics.(2) In the clear well design surrounding tectonic conditions, speculated that the description of formation, the spatial distribution and compare the heat reservoir characteristics based on, select design well water to predicted water temperature, water quantity and water quality of the well design, to determine the design of extraction and filling well layout.(3) Using the analytical method of the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the sustainable development ability of the geothermal resources in Dongli Lake in Tianjin area was evaluated.. The results show that the district sustainable development ability is medium, should pay attention to improve the effect of sustainable development and utilization of capacity factors.(4) The reasonable water intake scheme is established for the research area of Dongli Lake, and the dynamic analysis of the resources of the exploitation is made, and analyze the influence of the water resources on the surrounding groundwater.
