After the rapid development in China in recent years,the underground space in many cities can no longer meet the daily needs of human beings,and underground space has become the main resource for the development.Before underground engineering planning and construction,if the geological conditions can be explored in advance and the appraisal rating of underground space resource development suitability can be made,proposals for underground space planning can be reasonably proposed to effectively avoid waste of underground space resources and improve construction safety.The evaluation of underground space resource development is a multi-level hierarchical evaluation.The selection of indicators is related to the geological conditions and development depth of the evaluation area.Therefore,the indicator system must be selected scientifically in combination with the actual area.In addition,the index system contains many qualitative factors,and the choice of evaluation method directly determines the accuracy of the evaluation results.Therefore,based on the actual geological conditions in the study area,this paper establishes a hierarchy of evaluation indicators at different depths,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each indicator at each depth.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the fuzzy C-means clustering model based on weighted Euclidean distance were used for suitability evaluation,and the evaluation results were compared and corrected.Finally,the GIS map and the amount of developable resources of underground space resource development suitability in the evaluation area are generated,and reasonable suggestions for the development and planning of underground space in the evaluation area are put forward.The research contents and conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)Constructed an evaluation index system for underground space resource development.By studying underground space resources and engineering types,the influencing factors of underground space resource development are analyzed from the perspective of planning and construction.The evaluation depth is divided into shallow layer(0-15m),sub-shallow layer(15-30m),deep layer(30-50m),and an evaluation index system is established according to the geological conditions of the case area,including site stability,rock and soil characteristics,Soil quality uniformity,groundwater characteristics,topography and landform 5 primary indicators and corresponding 12 secondary indicators.(2)Two evaluation models of underground space resource development were established.According to the hierarchical structure of the evaluation index system,AHP is used to determine the weight value of each index.Combined with the characteristics of underground space resource development,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to score the membership of evaluation factors,and combined with GIS technology to realize the calculation and visualization of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results.In order to correct the fuzzy ambiguity of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results,the index weight value of the analytic hierarchy process is introduced,and the fuzzy C-means clustering model of weighted Euclidean distance is written in Python.Comparing the evaluation results,it is found that the two methods are consistent in trend,and the reason for the existence of some difference areas is due to the close membership of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation conclusions.After the revision,the final zoning map of underground space resource development evaluation in the case area was obtained,and the feasibility of fuzzy C-means clustering in underground space resource development evaluation and the advantages of combining the two evaluation methods were proved.(3)Carry out evaluation and visualization of underground space resources based on GIS,and put forward feasibility suggestions.The GIS spatial database is established by collecting the data in the case area,and the single-factor index zoning map of the case area is generated according to the index level interval.Using tools such as interpolation,grid overlay,grid turning point in ArcGIS,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy C-means clustering evaluation and the visual display of the final result are realized.By analyzing the single-factor grade partition map,reasonable suggestions are proposed for the suitable,more suitable,moderately suitable and less suitable areas in the results.
