With the implementation of mathematics curriculum reform in middle school, new requirements in teaching ideas and teaching behaviors have asked middle school mathematics teachers to adapt, meanwhile mathematics education in normal college also has received the unprecedented challenge. After the implementation of the new standard for middle school mathematics, new concepts in many aspects of curriculum targets, curriculum contents, learning methods have been put forward. Parts of university knowledge of the mathematical analysis are added, while mathematical analysis course did not keep up with the pace of the new curriculum reform in middle school. Mathematical analysis as an important basic course of mathematics in normal universities, it can improve the quality and level of middle school mathematics teachers, also has a strong guiding role on teaching, and can make the comprehensive quality of the contemporary students develop. So a questionnaire survey on the current situation of teaching of mathematical analysis is done since the new curriculum has been implemented on the basis of a large number of data, referring to the author own teaching practice. Then parts of contents of teaching materials of middle school mathematics and mathematical analysis are studied and compared and some suggestions are given:First, combining with the new curriculum reform to change the current teaching ideas, constantly "student-centered", teachers will "explore the heuristic method of teaching" into classroom, and establish a new relationship between teachers and students. Second, teachers should strengthen the cohesion of mathematical analysis and the mathematics of middle school, take the introduction class, improve students' learning interest, pay attention to the teaching's limitation, take care to avoid duplication or disjointed knowledge points, and combine with teaching materials of middle school books for effective treatment. Teachers should pay attention to the students' ideological penetrationmethod, develop students' mathematical concepts. At the same time, the research shortcomings are shown:(1) the reform of mathematics teaching material analysis didn't follow; (2) teachers' new curriculum concept reflected inadequate; (3) the contact depth between the mathematical analysis and middle school mathematics is not enough; (4) the research is limited in normal college freshmen; (5) the reform of teaching methods; and (6) combining with the characteristics of students, effective psychological teaching are not expected.
