Study On Internal Finance Control Of China Southwest Geotechnical Investigation Design Institute

With modern enterprises’ continuous development and their ceaseless expansion, the enterprises’ management become more and more complicated in which a lot of new problems arise, for example, the problem of establishing the enterprises’ financial internal finance controlling system is one of the urgent problems.In the paper, we study the concept of the internal controls deeply, and on the basis of the internal finance controlling system whole-frame, we analyzed the internal finance controlling system of China Southwest Geotechnical Investigation Design Institute according to the actual situation. Some problems have been educed based on basic system established and carried out, accounting, organization system set up of finance management and Supervision and inspection.In addition, through the Hines’s internal finance controlling system, U.S. GM’s internal audit system, Dong fang Electric Corporation’s financial management system and a Group’s financial management system of Shanghai Pu dong, some features of finance management and reference have been given.Based on the work, we studied further from the following aspects:Firstly, the guiding principles to establish internal finance controlling system for China Southwest Geotechnical Investigation Design Institute must be comprehensive, normative, efficient and synergistic.Secondly, internal finance controlling system is established must be to ensure that operational activities in accordance with appropriate authorization, to ensure that the process of enterprise financial normative, to promote the efficiency of business.Thirdly, the content of internal finance controlling system frame work should include: pectination and enactment of key controlled links, establishment and improvement of basal financial system, internal financial analysis and a comprehensive budget system is established gradually, further to make clear organizational structure and responsibilities, integration of the financial operation of internal control processes, to strengthen their financial 1 training and controlling.Lastly, to actualize the internal finance controlling system of China Southwest Geotechnical Investigation Design Institute, we must think about that contingent, the ways of promotion and process of system.
