In recent years, in accordance with the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, China’s information technology industry as a whole has maintained a steady growth. At the same time, the industry management is becoming more and more specialized, the industry structure is becoming more and more complex, the division of labor is more and more refined, the construction is gradually moving toward centralization, and the trade has been developing towards the open direction. In addition, under the support of national policy, the lower the threshold of market access and other conditions, much more small and medium sized technology companies have emerged, making the competitive environment more intense. In this situation, the small and medium sized technology enterprises engaged in Information Technology. It services to according to the market demand to enhance their development strategy of consciousness, to promote the enterprise scale, product differentiation and service specialization, thereby improving their own strength,technology, cost and service advantage, resulting in fierce competition in the market in an invincible position.This paper uses the theory of strategic management, research and discussion of A corporate strategic direction. By PEST analysis, Porter’s five forces analysis and SWOT analysis model to identify the strengths and weaknesses of business development opportunities and challenges, and to analyze the external environment and internal resource capacity of Company A, in-depth study of the development of enterprises strategy, using SWOT matrix analysis method to determine the business development strategy, take a strategic combination of stable development based strategic approach. Focus on the successful implementation of the strategy chosen,given the appropriate strategic implementation plan, including strengthening internal management, streamline mechanisms; adjust the company’s organizational structure,optimize functions; outstanding advantages, enhance core competitiveness; establish marketing plan; and strive to build a corporate culture characteristics, enhance cohesion. The conclusion of the full text of the article is to summarize, hope it can be made on the IT enterprise reference.This paper focuses on research of small and medium IT companies, in the face of low barriers to entry, competition, product homogeneity conditions, how to assess thesituation and take advantage of strategic management theory and their own specific circumstances and market conditions combined method to develop and adjust the business development strategy, enhance core competitiveness of enterprises, continue to forge ahead and achieve sustainable development.
