With the development of the Internet companies, more and more competitive companies extend themselves pioneering advantages in the present field by means of “alliance between giants” or combination. At the same time, the merged enterprises keep their previous brand and independent operations instead of adjusting the organization structure deeply and conducting organizational change for the new established group for the first time.How to maintain competitiveness, play out with the advantages, and reduce the negative impact due to the merger or acquisition have become the common problems for the merged enterprises. HY group is one of the earliest international combination and one of typical case of “alliance between giants”. Three years to the day after combination. The problem of organization structure becomes more and more obvious. It is necessary for the group to deeply adjust the organization structure and make the flat organization structure adjustment.This thesis takes HY group’s flat management as the studying object and combines with my own rich working experience in HY group. The author utilizes the learned theories of organizational change and strategic management The details of implementing group’s four flat policies such as flat organizational structure, rank adjustment and optimization, class committee system and action team program have been analyzed. Special attention has been payed to the analysis of team action plan. By analyzing the case of venture organization, the risks that comes from the flat organization structure adjustment were identified. Meanwhile, some related schemes for the HY Group have been put forward. Finally, the implementation of Flattening of organizational change of large-scale internet enterprise merger has been explored.This thesis combines theory with living example. It is a reference for these enterprises that prepare or is carrying out the flat organizational reform. It has a good reference.
