Founded in Jun,2012,Sinotrans Chemical INTL Logistics Co.,Ltd is the of branches of Chinese Sinotrans Group Company,who integrate its Sinotrans Shanghai International Logistics Limited company,Sinotrans Reach Logistics Company Limited,SinotransTianshan International Logistics Co.Ltd.,Shanghai,Guangdong,Tianjin and three professional chemical logistics service and its three subsidiaries and branchs.Sinotrans Chemical INTL Logistics Co.,Ltd is a large and medium-sized professional logistics enterprises,hereinafter referred to as sinotrans.Sinotrans provides integrated logistics services to the whole process of chemical industry supply chain supplier in freight forwarding,road transport,warehousing services,liquid chemicals,multimodal transport and logistics six business lines,forming a specialized service for large capacity.In order to meet whole process of the supply chain customer service demand,the company provides a "horizontal" cross business line service.The company adopts a horizontal and vertical cross organizational control strategy,sets up business division,forms matrix organization structure management and control.From the evolution of the core competitiveness of the flat organizational structure explanation of combining the content and characteristics of Weber's bureaucracy organization,the superiority of the flat organization concept and flat organization are introduced in this paper.Through the process of development of industry and Sinotrans status,the status of human resources and organizational structure of the status quo,the author analyzes three aspects of the specific situation,summarizes the bottlenecks encountered problems and the development of sinotrans.Organization problems have been analyzed in Sinotrans.Solutions have been given in the paper to solve the problems encountered in the process of development of enterprises,enhance the competitive ability of the enterprise,and achieve sustainable development in the fierce market competition environment.
